Arif is a builder by heart, a passionate technologist with expertise in distributed systems, engineering and internet-scale platforms. Currently, he is a Senior Director at Rakuten. In his current role, he builds engineering teams, ideate, creates and run products/platforms across Payments and SRE. He spent close to two decades building, scaling and solving real-world problems through technology and innovation. Prior to Rakuten, he worked in Tech unicorns, startups and large enterprises across six countries.
