Rohit Dewan is a technology executive who is committed to building talented, productive teams and launching highly scalable and well-designed products. As a leader with 20+ years of experience, he has built a number of teams from scratch through maturity, managed multiple teams simultaneously, and built several international remote teams. At Rakuten, he leads a large global team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia in a multifaceted role as CTO & GM of the global catalogue and data platforms. Previously, he worked in as well as founded startups in social gaming, network security and web services. At Cisco, he was an early engineer in the newly created enterprise VoIP division that quickly grew into a multibillion-dollar business. Rohit has a degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in International Development Studies.
